I am writing this detailed review regarding an embosser I ordered. Though the product I received is of good quality, I would like to talk about the handling, irresponsibility and delay of the shipping. First they say it takes 15 days to ship, which is ofcourse ridiculous, then they asked me for an alternative address cuz the address mentioned cant be serviced (according to them). I dont even know how on earth that is possible.
Secondly, they went for the amazon shipping and after 2 days that also got cancelled.
Finally, they sent through bludart which finally got delivered today.
Highly irresponsible cuz i have to repeatedly contact them, and keep asking them about what happened to it. They themselves never contacted me about the delay.
Very bad experience
Only the product is of good quality, cannot deny that.
