Children are always swift, enthusiastic and full of curiosity. And so are their little minds! Running along with thoughts, brimming with creativity, overwhelmed with questions; and often hard to harness. Such is the agility of a child’s mind that it can’t help drifting here and there; and at times, even finding hard to focus on studies, conversations or other important things.

The Focus Buddy is a simple yet powerful tool to help your children focus better with an easy breathing practice. It is made of wood, with a grooved outline made of short, curved lines. To use the Focus Buddy, close your eyes and place your finger along the grooved outline. Breathe in and slowly start moving your finger in a clockwise direction. As you feel the end of the curved line, start breathing out. Continue moving your finger till you reach the end of the next curve; and breathe in again. Repeat this for a few minutes. This practice relaxes the mind, reduces number of thoughts and relieves stress and anxiety. Doing the same regularly helps your child develop a better ability to focus and concentrate, reduces irritability and agitation and helps in reducing mental fatigue
